Reptile Basics has outstanding products with amazing customer service. I rarely leave reviews, but after I purchased two reptile enclosures for my two ball pythons, which were 2 x 4 x 2 I was so impressed. I felt motivated to share my experience. Everything came boxed meticulously with insulation around everything and pull off sheets applied to all panels and glass doors, but the best thing about these enclosures are the absolute ease of putting them together.. I am a 70 year-old female and I did this alone in about 30 minutes. Every part fit together perfectly and was extremely simplified in every way. I bought the base also with rollers and sliding doors which allowed me to move these enclosures around as I was getting all the accessories Inside and it is also an excellent place for storage. I purchased the mats that go on the top of the wireless enclosures because my ball pythons need the humidity. The mats are heavy duty and lay down wonderfully. The other thing I purchased was spacers so that I could put both enclosures on top of each other. They also have available a closed and sliding door middle piece for more storage.I also purchased 80 W radiant heat panels to attach to

I Wish I had something to actually review, but this is why I am here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED THE PRODUCT!! Vivarium Electronics is available on amazon and other shippers. If your billing info does not match your current address they expect you to have identification for both addresses for "fraud". Even though I had proof of residency for both locations my order was cancelled as they wanted TWO licenses with each address which I did not exactly have. They refunded me at least but I very much NEEDED a new radiant heat device for my snake.

Got my rack delivered yesterday. I put it together in about a half hour they sent plenty of screws for the job. I only received 5 lock pins but I don’t use the lock pins anyways. I have never had a snake move the bin out in the past. I’m going to hook up the thermostat today and I am fully aware on how to install the probe on the heat tape. They do provide good instructions if this is your first rack I do suggest you follow the instructions especially when it comes to probe placement.. RBI is one of the best companies for your reptile rack needs. Others sell the same rack but these guys have been doing this for a long time. I bought all my racks from RBI way back at least 15yrs ago. I used to build rodent racks but ordered all my watering needs from RBI and again they have all the parts from the bucket to the nipples to complete your rodent racks!

ZERO stars!! I gave it one star- because otherwise I could not post the review STAY AWAY Terrible customer service. This company ships incomplete products and when you contact customer service they are not cooperative. Their response times are ridiculously long and they are not helpful. I spoke with Ed Komara, Customer Service, who offered vague answers, was not helpful, and was quite indifferent. It is very rare that I have dealings with a company that has so little regard for its customers and so unwilling to correct their own mistakes. Go to PETS R US or some other organization for supplies. There are lots of other companies that are more concerned about their customer base. This company does not care about you.

I purchased 2 vivarium electronics VE-300x2 a little over a year ago. They work amazing! Unfortunately my snakes got behind the probe and forced the line n broke them (she's about 9ft and pretty strong). I contacted Richard Goldzung and explained to him i didnt know if the wires was broke or it was the actual thermostats not working. He offered to look at them and when we realized it was the probes he replaced them for me. I feel like he went beyond my expectations to actually have me send them to him so he can look into the issue. Then the fact he gave the wires since that was the issue. Id give this guy 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Rich!!!!
